Knocked down on your knees

A start of the week, but not beautiful. This morning, I woke up in some serious pain. The sky was cloudy and the run refused to give it's light till 6am. Doesn't look like a stunning start to the week. This week looks daunting. Looks like a busy week ahead. Can't let this type of start bring me down.

And so I will start this week with prayer
